HR Engagement, LLC was established in 2017, specifically to assist the Small Business Owner/Manager after understanding how vast the field of Human Resources is, and realizing how overloaded Small Business Owners/Managers can become to keep all the plates spinning! HR Engagement, LLC did not start by seeking out large Companies with hundreds of employees. Our passion is to be of service to the hard-working Small Business Owners who strive to make a good living, provide jobs to engaged employees, and comply with the many regulatory standards placed upon them.







Liz Pflieger obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential in 2010. It required educating herself in the critical areas of Risk Management, Workforce Planning & Employment, Human Resources Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labor Relations, and Business Management & Strategy. She obtained the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society of Human Resource Managers in 2015. Both certifications require sixty (60) continuing education units every three (3) years to remain in good standing and credentialed.
